Hi, I'm new to your site. I noticed all of the posts appear to be quite dated? I'm curious if there is much current activity. Also I have a question. I have noticed in many of his, Mr. Smith, books he uses characters that are handicapped in one way or another. Is there any particular reason for this?
Thanks, Crit Rogers

I'm new here and have been reading Wilbur Smith's work for about six months and I've enjoyed his books a great deal.

Hi Crit, welcome to the forum. I've merged your two posts together as they both seem to be related.

The forum isn't the most active at the moment, but it's far from dead - there are about 10 new posts a day, mainly in the General Wilbur Smith and Courtney/Egyptian forums.

Looking forward to seeing you around...
