Hey ruuby..seems to be a popular word around here at the moment. :)
While a tiger eyed its prey and an eagle raged in a thunderous sky a river of darkness fell upon a burning sun and the wolf cried tis a time to die, thus did the angels weep as power and triumph in those golden eyes did creep.

Hello ruuby. Did you know Wilbur Smith's wife, Mokhiniso Rakhimova Smith (Wilbur calls her 'Niso'), is also from Tajikistan?

The action of The Quest takes place (I'm assuming) in what is currently called: Egypt, Sudan and Uganda.

How many of Wilbur's books have you read?
