Hi, I found an American publisher's Power of the Sword "Special Advance Reading Copy - Not For Sale" in a thrift store. Softcover, on the back cover is a list of the publisher's plans on how many copies will be made, advertising plans, etc. Does anyone know how many advance reading copies are usually printed and who were they sent to? what the value of one is?
