Forum I do not understand the circles with scrolling text lines under TOPICSs - would some kind Wilbur fan explain to me how to read and understand the sequences of these - I am a big fan of Wilbur and website - but am not clear - need some help here forum - would someone please comee forward and help - jr - Vancouver Island - Canada

when the circle is red it indicates a new post.
the scrolling text doesn't actually say anything
