wondered what the point of this whole story was.

He wondered how it had started and how it would end. Wondering if this was the beginning of the end or the end of the beginning. Or was it the end of the middle and the beginning of the end. Or the beginning of the middle and the end of the start.

After so much thought Larry did what all dogs do in the situation of confusion and sometimes when not in the state of confusion.

He turned his head back and ducked down between his legs for a good old lick of his ........

He continued his swim, so Zac (or Zak) put his face back into the water and continued swimming until he reached the Scottish shoreline, He came ashore on a rocky beach surrounded by towering cliffs with a small trail leading through them. He checked his gear to make sure he had not lost anything along the way and climbed up the path.
When he reached the top he took a deep breath and started walking towards.....

a warlock looking gentleman with a long flowing silvery beard. He wore a long dark purple velvet coat.

He must have been nearing the age of 3 score years and ten and spoke with the soft lilting accent of the Abercrombie clan. He uttered the motto of the clan to Zac. "Petit alta" and challenged him to find out what this meant.

Then he figured out that the man had used the Latin for high low and figured he wanted to play cards, ...but then "petit" is French for small and "Alta" is used in Spanish for "discharge"

Zak realized his mistake "He Seeks High Deeds" was the correct answer.....but he had to admit "small discharge" was MUCH more amusing, and He Seeks High Deeds could mean that this wizard dude was from a Clan of master Monopoly players or Evil Relators.
Zak decided to play it safe and rather than launch Axel at the guy he would answer correctly, however in his excitement he answered 'He Seeks Small Discharge!". :lol:
