I just heard today that Steven Spielberg is planning to produce a movie about this intrepid Belgium reporter. I have been a fan of the comic pretty much all my life, he redefined the comic scene in Europe and has always been current.

Just wonder if there are other fans out there…

I remember watching the cartoon as a kid but that's about it....

I read the comic books, watched the cartoons a bit. I liked Tintin - he better not go all Hollywood brat on us lol

Right now not much is known. They have not even decided if they are going to use real actors or it’s going to be computer animated.
I lived in Belgium for two years and he is HUGE there. I hope they do justice with the movie!
