Here is my latest discovery. He has some thrillers, including “The Unlikely Spy” a WWII thriller that reminds my to Ken Follett’s “Eye of the Needle”; one of my favorite books of all time.

But he is famous for the character of Gabriel Allon, and art restorer and occasional Israeli spy (or is it the other way around?) Anyway “The English Assassin”, “The Confessor” and “A Death in Vienna” are a trilogy that has to do with Jewish and the Holocaust. They are individual stories and don’t need to be read in order. “The Confessor” is my favorite so far.
