Posted: Thu Jan 18, 2007 7:24 pmIf you like Clive Cussler and his Dirk Pitt Adventures you may want to try Jack, he is actually very similar; as a matter of fact DuBrul is acting as a ghost writer of one of Cussler series “The Oregon Files” and actually producing the best installments of it to date.
He has his own series and his hero is called Phillip Mercer; a geologist. You will notice several similarities and as with Cussler the formula may get a little old.
But if you feel like reading some “suspend belief adventure” he is the ticket. My personal favorite is “The Medussa Stone” maybe because it happens in Africa?
