Another historical fiction writer that sadly passed on a few years back. The novels contain an incredible amount of research and detail that some consider a burden, but that adds a lot of background to the story. His most famous is “Exodus” about the founding of the state of Israel. ‘QB VII” about a post WWII trial is also very good.

Battle Cry, Trinity, Redemption, A God In Ruins, The Angry Hills, Mila 18, Topaz, all Good to great. Trinity is a personal favorite. I read his last one it was something like Reilly's Choice pretty good.
