Don't forget to post your review of them here :) They're not half bad, I liked the 1st album more than the 2nd.

Sorry to hear you 'lost' your phone John. :( Are you sure you actually lost it and that you didn't have your pockets picked? If so, you're lucky you still have your wallet! Have you tried phoning your number?

Aw so lucky! The first time they came here I couldn't get tix (I was writing a physics exam when they went on sale - sold out in 10mins!) and the 2nd time I didn't even know they were in town! Sorry about your phone - try Ada's suggestion.

hi. yeah i think you may well be right Ada, someone could have picked my pocket because its so crowded in there, its like sardines crushed in a tin box, there's no way i'd have noticed someones hand in my pocket. My money was stll there though. We phoned it using my mates cell and someone answered, but just wouldn't talk to me. Tried again a few minutes later and it was switched off! Gutted! so i phoned the network and blocked the phone.
Lesson learnt anyway! i'm never taking my phone to a gig again

I don't blame you being gutted and  .

There really are some low lifes out there. I can just imagine the swear words - did you give the "answerer/thief/scumbag et. etc." a piece of your mind? I sure as hell would have!

lol well i was thinking of doing that, but in the end i went for the suttle approach when i phoned him/her and asked them nicely if i could have my phone back. i thought if i was nasty to them and called them all the names under the sun then i definitely wouldn't have my phone back. Alas the nicey-nicey approach didn't work!

Some of the new tracks I'm liking at the mo:

Robyn, I can look back. Chillout electro-pop type thing...
http://youtube.com/watch?v=Y2LXDQ3yFwU

Timbaland feat Keri Hilson, D.O.E. & Sebastian, The way I are...
http://youtube.com/watch?v=iWg3IMN_rhU

Mark Ronson, Stop Me (Live at Glastonbury)
http://youtube.com/watch?v=w6ThLhLpW8k

And a couple of random "not famous yet" youtube artists singing covers

Esmee Denters, What goes around (Justin Timberlake cover)...if you like it make sure you watch right until the end...
http://youtube.com/watch?v=69Grnh7Qin8

Mia Arose, Heaven (DJ Sammy and Yanou slow version cover)...
http://youtube.com/watch?v=S1Sf15a2Znk

Enjoy and lemmy know what you think!

I suppose all the UK people already know about Paul Potts - a friend showed me the video in class today and we were both in tears! Such a fabulous voice :)

Lol, that quote from me sounds wierd, just in case anyone thought the same, the reason why I said "make sure you watch it until the end" is because it's "revealed" that the pianist/backing singer is actually Justin Timberlake...

Anyhoo, another vid from Esmee:

and it's another one to watch to the end if you're inclined too...

Yeah, always catches my ear when I'm music channel flicking!

Are you a fan of Jack Penate Nef? It's another one that I have to watch when it appears!

LoL, yeah lets say that the video is not what attracted me to the song!

Hadn't heard of Jack P. until 5 minutes ago, but I am liking the song :)
