uh, that's pretty hard to answer. My family doesn't practice this, but there always a little to give and get. So I'd say the best present was a harmonic, peaceful and interesting evening with my family :-({|=
(and for something more substantial: a little book on Eckermann, the private secretary of Goethe, with wonderful illustrations and short texts)

how do u spend new year's eve?

I'm heading up for the weekend to one of the Local Mountains with a College and Career Church Group. We've rented a cabin for 50 people so it's going to be huge fun!

Same question, what are you doing for New Years Eve?

I was going out in fancy dress but that idea has fallen through, so now i'm just going up to my mates house for a few beers with friends.

What's the worst new years you've ever had?

What's the latest you've slept after a New year's party?

History tends to suggest that they have been!
As far as the future goes its not India-Pakistan-China that worries me most but the Middle East is. I can't help but think an Arab nation is eventually going to launch against Israel and will revel in the kudos it gets from some of its neighbours rather than worry about world condemnation!

What is the most daring thing you have ever done?
While a tiger eyed its prey and an eagle raged in a thunderous sky a river of darkness fell upon a burning sun and the wolf cried tis a time to die, thus did the angels weep as power and triumph in those golden eyes did creep.

Sounds silly, but I bought tix to Jason Mraz's 1st concert w/out parental consent... I'm pretty boring, so that's my daring story!

And speaking of which, which concert have you been to that dissapointed you the most?

herbert groenemeyer (don't know if u heard of him, he's rather popular in Germany: http://www.groenemeyer.de/) 2004 in gelsenkirchen was most disappointing: bad sound, worse atmosphere, worst opening band

what's the next concert u will go to?

Oh a speedboat definitely, apart from the fact they are worth more i could anchor up at a remote surf break and have the lineup to myself!

What is the naughtiest prank(joke) you have played on someone?

I called a friend from the hospital (where I volunteer) and pretended to be a nurse... told her there was someone in emergency who was calling for her... I told her it was me after like 30 secs, lol.

Well, I thought it was funny!

What's the stupidist news story you've read/watched?

As that friend who received that phone call. I can assure you that it was NOT FUNNY. I don't recommend pranking anyone like that because it gives the receiver (me in this case) a huge heart attack.

The stupidest news story I've read is the article "10 ways not to study for finals" which included reading the article.

Do you own a vehicle? If so, what kind?

A long time ago I called a random phone number from the phonebook and by chance fell on a guy who did the Pools (a type of lottery). I proceeded to tell him he had won (Jackpot £1million). The phone went quiet for a bit and he came back and asked how much had he won. My response "Sweet F**k All" and hung up.

Now I thought that was funny but I guess the guy could have had a heart attack at the other end.

I own two vehicles. The Fiat Ulysse which is an MPV although gearbox is now making some strange noises. A Renault Modus which is a mini version of an MPV.

Wha mobile phone do you own?

I own an LG model (old school so no camera/video/tv phone) but it works awesome and I love it. Plus it's blue in color.

What's the most interesting thing you learnt in history class?
