Yep, I'de like the Aussies to go through, they showed a lot of heart. England are playing crap, think we need to play a big team to get going. Its a whole new game when the knock-out stages start so hopefully things will get better.

The Argie's look odds on at the moment...

Ok, so Holland is playing my other fave team- Portugal! What am i meant to do? Equally cheer? My new fave football player is the Dutch Van Persie, not only is he awesome but he is also damn fine, oh and congrats Argentina against my other faves, Mexico...:(

Well, England have scraped through to the quarters with yet another poor performance. I can't see us beating either Holland or Portugal, but we'll see!

What a shame, not only did England get through but Australia lost to a last minute dodgy pen against the diving Italians.

ROBBED!!!!!!!! AHH!! My little heart was broken not once when Holland lost but twice when my Aussies had their victory cruelly stolen from them by that stupid Italian!! Does anyone else reckon that the ref was WRONG!!       No more Van Persie.....no more Kewell......

At least ENGLAND still have a chance....

I hate Italy! (just the football players..)

this seems to get a very interesting thing: Netherlands - out; Sweden - out; Argentinia - in very short; Italy - hard work; UK - well, no comment .. . 8)

Today it gets thrilling: Ghana and Brasilia - for me it has to be Ghana. Just iamgine, two rounds further, UK and Ghana. Wow.

Does anyone know who won? Ghana or Brazil? I was seriously cheering for Ghana... Brazil's too cocky.

Brazil have a reason to be - they have Ronaldo! And Ronaldino! And Kaka! What names, lol!

They won 3-0. Ghana had no chance really. They were 10 men near after 1/2 time, and still managed a goos showing for their first outing at the Cup.

Forward Brasil!

Nah, Brazil are too good for the likes of Ghana, although did anyone else think that the Brazilian was offside all the time in that game?!
