Movie Quotes!!!

Postby Bee » Mon Jan 15, 2007 9:36 pm

So I came up with this idea of someone posting up a quote from a movie and then someone else has to guess what movie it came from. And the person who guesses correctly has to post up another quote!

So I'll start it off...

"We're men, men in tights!"

Borat?
The four points of the compass be logic, knowledge, wisdom, and the unknown.
Some do bow in that final direction. Others advance upon it. To bow before the one
is to lose sight of the three. I may submit to the unknown, but never to the unknowable.
The man who bows in that final direction is either a saint or a fool. I have no use for either.

Cool, lol. :) I haven't seen the film, but I've seen the TV shows (or at least his parts in Da Ali G Show).

Anyway, here's my line. It shouldn't be too hard ;)

Say "what" again! Come on, SAY "WHAT" AGAIN! I dare you, I double dare you, mother****er! Say "what" one more goddamn time!

Classic scene from a great film!

Is it Sam Jackson as Jules in Pulp Fiction?
how about:
"I Know what your asking yourself, "did he shoot 5 times or 6 ?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I plumb forgot. But being as this is a fourty-four calibre magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and will blow your head clean off what you gotta do is ask yourself "Do I feel lucky?" Well do you punk?" Do you feel lucky?"

Already! Good old “Dirty Harry”.
Sorry but I have to do this;
How about:

“Only the Penitent shall pass”

As a clue the characters of this movie are looking for the same thing as the characters of a very, very, very famous novel recently published…

While a tiger eyed its prey and an eagle raged in a thunderous sky a river of darkness fell upon a burning sun and the wolf cried tis a time to die, thus did the angels weep as power and triumph in those golden eyes did creep.

C'mon!, it's a very famous movie. You all have seen it for sure.

Another clue; an individual by the name of Steven Spielberg will direct the next installment of the series this year and it will be in theaters Summer 2008.

We may already have featured this actor in one guise or another in this topic:

'Crazy bellringer was right. There's money to be made in a place like this.'
While a tiger eyed its prey and an eagle raged in a thunderous sky a river of darkness fell upon a burning sun and the wolf cried tis a time to die, thus did the angels weep as power and triumph in those golden eyes did creep.
